This group meets on Wednesday nights at 7 PM and on Friday nights at 8 PM in Delaney Hall.  It is a support group for those recovering from an alcohol addiction. For additional information, please call 302-537-7740.

AARP Tax Aide Program

AARP Tax Aide program offers free tax preparation for both Federal and State tax returns. Volunteers e-file returns that fall within the scope of the program. Appointments for tax preparation are made by calling 302-858-3575 at advertised time. Watch the parish bulletin for program start up after the first of the year.

Blood Mobile

It is held in Delaney Hall on the campus of the Church of St. Ann in Bethany Beach. Please check the bulletin and monthly calendar for details.

Casa San Francisco

Delaware Hospice

La Esperanza

It is located in the Hispanic Center of Georgetown, Delaware. Volunteers are needed to assist  in many areas including educational programs, fundraisers, and special events. Please call 302-854-9262 for details.

CHEER Coastal Leisure Center

It is located on Cedar Neck Road in Ocean View.   Volunteers are needed to assist in the kitchen, to work at the reception desk and to deliver meals on wheels.  For additional information, contact Yolanda Gallego at 302-539-2671.

Meals on Wheels

Meals are delivered Monday thru Friday year-round except holidays. Two people go together, pick up food from their distributor and deliver to the people on their assigned route.  Normal deliveries take about two hours, usually being completed by noon.  Scheduling is based upon the volunteer’s availability.  Assistance even once a month is greatly appreciated.  Please call MOW for Roxanna at 302-732-3662; for Ocean View, please call 302-539-2671.

Right-to-Life: In the Parish of St. Ann, Right-to-Life is involved in many activities. On January 22nd, a group attends the March for Life in Washington, DC. Twice a year, members “quietly” demonstrate for Life on Route 1. On Mother’s Day, they sell roses for Delaware Birthright. In October, Right-to-Life month, members hold a baby shower for new mothers and mothers-to-be in need. They also contact state and local government officials to express views on matters pertaining to the protection of life. VIP (Visually Impaired People) Group

The VIP Group cordially invites new members/volunteers to serve as readers and drivers.  Meetings are held Wednesday afternoons from 1 to 3 PM in the Conference Room of the Masterson Center.  They will not meet during the months of July and August.
