Finance

The Finance Council consists of four members who are appointed by the Pastor.  The Council advises the Pastor in all financial matters in operating the parish and they review the parish’s financial activities.  In addition, they review the annual parish budget and the annual parish financial statement that is submitted to the diocese.  These individuals usually have had administrative experience which enables them to provide counsel and advice to the Pastor on the many financial issues that the parish encounters.

Members of this committee strive to provide an environment of safety, comfort and beauty.

Long Range Planning

The purpose of the Long-Range Planning Committee is to assist with the ongoing maintenance of our Parish buildings and parking lots in two locations. The committee will draw up a long-range plan for 5 years, 10 years, and 25 years.

Membership on the Long Range Planning Committee is by appointment only.

Pastoral Council

Money Counting Committee

These volunteers meet weekly to count the weekend collections and prepare these funds for deposit in the bank.  They are appointed by the parish’s Business Office.  The money counters usually work in teams of four to six persons about once every month throughout the year.  Their work provides valuable assistance to the parish in its business area.
