There are many opportunities to serve in St. Ann Parish, in many different capacities. But in some areas, there is a particularly pressing need. We need help; check out our ministries and groups below to see how you can help and if you have any interest, please volunteer!
We Stand for Life Committee
Our mission is to promote awareness and respect for the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception to natural death.
Help make a difference: We are currently looking for new members to join our pro-life team. Come and help us make a meaningful impact. Please contact Gloria Huber 410.292.3465 or email her here for more information.
The ministry of usher is a very visible sign of our church community. An usher is often the very first face that many people new to our parish will see. The ministry has many different duties, but it is above all a ministry of hospitality.
If you are interested in being a part of this very visible face of the parish, please call please contact Sister Loretta Primus at 302-829-8183 or email her here.
VIP (Visually Impaired Group)
The VIP Group cordially invites new members/volunteers to serve as readers and drivers. Meetings are held Wednesday afternoons from 1 to 3 PM in the Conference Room of the Masterson Center. They will not meet during the months of July and August.
Come and join! For additional information, please call Kathy, 302-604-1031.
Invitation for Liturgical Ministers
There is a place for you to serve within the Liturgy and we are inviting you (women, men, teens youth) to participate in the Ministry of Usher, Altar Server, Eucharistic Minister or Lector. Your service would be greatly appreciated and is a gift.
“All liturgical ministers are, first and foremost, members of the Body of Christ. Through their baptism, they are the “holy people and royal priesthood” whose right and privilege it is to participate in the ministry of Christ.” (General Instruction of the Roman Missal-Introduction #5)
To volunteer or for additional information, please contact Sr. Loretta 302-829-8183 or email her here

Have you ever considered being a partner to someone who is on a journey of faith to becoming a Catholic Christian? The journey is known as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) which includes children over the age of 7. There are many ways to be a partner. Consider becoming a member of the RCIA team. You do not have to make a full time commitment. There are many different aspects to a candidates journey: attending Mass with a candidate and discussing the Sunday readings, becoming a parish sponsor, attending a parish event with a candidate or supporting the candidates in a classroom setting. You also do not have to be an expert on the Catholic Church. While materials are available, our goal is to have the candidates experience an encounter with Christ. Formation for our team will be available. Think about it and if interested, call JoAnna Keller in the Religious Education Office at 302-539-5443.
