We are exploring the opportunity to begin a Prayer Shawl Ministry here at St. Ann’s and Our Lady of Guadalupe churches with Father Klevence’s blessings. There will be an informational meeting on Tuesday, March 10 at 2:00PM in Delaney Hall to see who is interested in becoming part of this ministry. During the meeting, we will discuss how the shawls will be blessed periodically at Mass, how often the group will meet, available patterns, what prayer cards and bible verses go along with the shawls, and much more. Whether you have been crocheting or knitting for years, or have an interest in learning a new skill, please join us to learn more about this beautiful ministry. If you have ever received a prayer shawl, you know they are created with love and come with prayers for specific intentions.
