St. Ann Parish has grown significantly, especially over the last decade, as we welcomed many more full-time residents and retirees. The Parish is now embarking on an ambitious two-part project: building a new Parish Center on the grounds of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and renovating and beautifying St. Ann Church.

Our campaign logo unites St.
Ann and Our Lady of
Guadalupe, a symbol of one
parish with two churches, joined
by the Holy Spirit and walking
together toward the future.

Our Church, designed for a life of 50 years, will soon mark its 55th year. During that time, the parish has grown exponentially, especially as the number of summer visitors seasonally challenges church capacity. While we remain limited in land space, we aspire to bring permanence to the church by replacing the current façade with a new permanent-looking exterior, expanding space where architecturally possible and significantly beautifying the interior of the church to become a sacred and special inspiration to visitors and parishioners alike, reflecting the glory we give to God and the uniqueness of our beloved seashore parish community.

Dear Parishioners,
We are moving forward together as a parish family with great momentum to build a new Parish Center and renovate our beloved St. Ann Church. The initial response to our Capital Campaign has been overwhelmingly positive. We have raised more than $2 million from 60 parish families in the early phase. 24 families have pledged $25,000 or more and out of those, 5 donated six-figure gifts. We thank those who have already made a stretch commitment, and we are asking everyone to participate to help us reach our construction goal.
Sincerely,
